We are proud to offer free shipping in the Continental United States on any order of $100 or more. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days after they are placed. When using our "Economy" shipping service, we will use FedEx Ground/SmartPost or USPS First Class/Priority Mail to ship your items. Most expedited orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day express.

Express orders placed before 12 pm PST will likely get shipped out that same business day. Orders placed after that will likely be shipped the next business day. 

International Orders

We are proud to ship all over the world. The customer is responsible for all import duties & taxes when the receiving address is outside of the United States. We typically ship international orders via FedEx and FedEx will most often serve as the broker upon receiving the item. Each country has unique regulations and rules. Returns policy

Thank you for trusting us with your purchase of our handcrafted & natural gemstones products. We strive to always deliver the best quality; however, imperfections always exist in nature.  In the event that you need to return an item purchased from KALIFANO.com, we have a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped. Please contact us through our website or call 702-837-6812 (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST) to get assistance with returning your product(s).

Please document any noticeable damage to shipping carton(s) before signing for shipment. All damage claims must be submitted with photographs within 48 hours.

Dispute: Any dispute regarding this invoice shall be arbitrated in Las Vegas, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and the laws of the State of Nevada. Customer shall pay all arbitration and court costs, reasonable legal fees and expenses, plus legal interest on any award or judgment, plus any and all expenses incurred in pursuit of this claim.
