Ordering & Payments
Once your application is approved, you will receive access to our wholesale portal where you can place orders directly online. You will login to our website using the same email you applied with and then shop our site as you normally would.
Yes! You can mix different products to reach the minimum order amount.
We accept all major credit cards and paypal. If you would like to pay via bank wire or check, please contact us at orders@kalifano.com.
At this time, all wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipping. We do not offer payment terms.
If your order has not been processed yet, you can contact our team to make changes. However, once an order has been packed or shipped, we cannot make modifications.
Shipping & Delivery
Wholesale orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after payment is received.
We primarily ship via USPS & FedEx for both domestic and international orders.
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Shipping costs vary based on order size, weight, and destination. We provide an estimated shipping cost at checkout - but please note, that if the shipping amount varies by more than 10% the amount charged, we will kindly reach out to your for additional payment to cover the shipping. Conversely, if we overcharged you by more than 10% we will refund you the overage.
Yes, you may arrange for your own shipping, but you must notify us before your order is packed.

Returns & Damages
Wholesale orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a defect or damage upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds and exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products reported within the designated timeframe.
